Since I finished working on the fluid dynamics tool, Sophie’s CD cover and the Atom Animation all I have left is a few odds and ends. I am excited to work on something for myself. I want to utilize fumefx on a physical medium. Not sure how yet but it is my new goal.

I finally got “a” camera from The IFC. It was not the one that was promised but a digital video camera anyway. I am working on a new plan for fitness and it is not my normal get on the bike a ride style. This program is a core fitness plan using a set of DVDs for an instructer. I find this style to be cheezy but I like this instructers ideas. I will keep everyone updated. I have never been real good at doing a set training program. I have always just listened to my body and ride as much as possible. So, we will see what happens.

I had crazy dreams last night and the only thing I can say is that a debate between Jerry Springer and spasticrobot would be awesome.

Its nasty outside and I am a little disappointed in the Saints loss to the Bears but there is light at the end of the tunnel. A fishin trip with my old school peeps during Super Bowl weekend will be just what the doctor ordered. I can focus on riding and my health for the next few months for the Rouge-Roubaix VII Road Race. I need to beat my 6:28 time from last year. I would like to be under 6 hours this year.

The march against violence was unbelievable today. I never would have thought so many people would show up. It gives me hope in this city. I know that the people of this city care and I now know that the communities has each others back. Let this be the start of something wonderful.
