I went mountain biking in the Spillway yeaterday. This trail was in perfect condition.

I have not been there for over a year and I was so excited to see all of the new obstacles.

I only did the teeter-totter.

I was alone so I didnt want to try the others without a friend to carry me out of the woods and drive to the hospital.

I did 2 laps around 3 p.m.. It ws beautiful out there. The temp was perfect and the sun was going down by the time I left. It was a great experience especially because I was alone. I could go at my own pace in the quite still swamp. It was an awesome way to finish a cycling weekend.
