My friend Dave called me today to go on a ride. I haven’t gone on a ride with dave since TDL. It will be a nice change. Lara is coming with us and she could use the practice of riding with someone other than me. I cant wait. Although I am all beat up from my recent crash I feel pretty good. I am stronger than I have been in the past year and if I can maintain and slow down some of my vices I will be in top form by the beginning of the year.
